We hope that you will be delighted with your new Buttafly however with our no quibbles guarantee, if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your purchase to us with its original packaging (outer sleeve and box) within 28 days and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for your items.

Please Note:
The product is to be returned at your cost, unless defective and will remain your responsibility until recieved at the returns address.
We will refund the total amount of money due to you within 30 days from the day on which we receive your return.
